New letter download is available

Woolies were at it again in June and NSW Planning put a second (amended) version of their Section 96 Application on display.

We can no longer lodge formal submissions on it but you can write any time on any matter to any NSW Member of Parliament you think can influence the outcome. MCAN has prepared a letter to Morris Iemma and you can download it by clicking on the links below.

Choose the DOC version if you want to add or subtract from MCAN's wording.

This is not the same as the letter we offered in June, which dealt with 'round one' of the Section 96.
